Reimbursement for Online Training Programs:
- A full refund is possible if the training program has not yet started and if you have not yet accessed the online training platform.
- However, once the first module of the program is released to the client, the refund policy no longer applies. We strongly believe in the value of our content and its ability to help you achieve your real estate goals.
- In case of technical problems or access to the training platform, please contact us as soon as possible to find a satisfactory solution.
Return Policy for Books:
- No returns are accepted for books. We encourage you to think carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Additional Conditions:
- Any refund will be made using the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation of the refund request.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@lesgarsdimmobilier.com no later than 24 hours before the start of the training program to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds do not cover transaction fees or administrative charges, if applicable.
